In orders online you will receive order confirmation by email within 2 days. In case you do not receive an order confirmation, contact us through email.

Registration
Creating an account, you will take advantage of a faster checkout when you visit us in the future. You can buy in our store also without register. Prices and postage
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 23% (VAT). Postage and shipping charges will be added to the order afterwards in all orders (Postal Parcel). Postage and shipping will be invoiced through paypal. All orders are sent by Itella. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days when we had received the payment, but allow up to 14 days for delivery. Pulushop cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We will post orders to mainland Europe, Great Britain, US & Canada.
Pulushop do reserve the right to change the prices.
Payment terms
International orders are paid through PayPal.
We will send you the invoice by e-mail which can then be paid through PayPal.
The invoicing fee is 5 €.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order, but if there is some reason your want to return your order, it should be returned within 14 days.
We will refund a product provided it is in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item once it is received by us.
We will refund original delivery only when product is incorrect, faulty or damaged.
